Artisanal information on how the beans are fermented, roasted, and ground on-site, allowing guests to observe and participate in the process. Chocolate tastings are offered at different cacao percentages, featuring natural notes of fruit, spices, and earth.

Bean to Cup is a sensory experience that invites you to discover the fascinating world of coffee, from the bean to the cup. Made with beans from high-altitude Mexican farms, such as Veracruz and Oaxaca, the coffee is roasted on the spot to guarantee maximum freshness, aroma, and flavor. 

Discover the different extraction methods, such as Chemex, V60, and French press, while expert baristas explain the characteristics of each preparation, highlighting its body, acidity, and aromatic profile. In addition, you will be able to witness the roasting process, learn how the roast level influences the flavor, and enjoy a guided tasting accompanied by chocolate, artisanal bread, and local fruits for an unforgettable experience.
